Welcome to Rangra Wasi

  • >
Our water supply comes from two water sources: One from Leymebamba's mountain heights, distributed through pipes, and the other from our rain water harvest collected from our roofs when it rains. This rain water harvest -after being fltered-goes straight to our storage tanks to be used for irrigation.

We have clean energy coming from a solar system panel that we store through dry batteries. Light comes from this energy and is distributed through low consumption 12w LED lamps.
  • >
We have power transformers that provide electricity to the outlets in your room, allowing you to charge electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras, and laptops. Please help us conserve energy by turning of all ligths when leaving your bungalow or room, as well as before going to sleep.
  • >
For safety and energy conservation reasons, the use of high-power electrical appliances is not permitted, including hair dryers, clothes irons, hair straighteners, electric kettels, CPAP (used for obstructive sleep apnea), and portable oxygen concentrator.
  • >
We recommend keeping the doors and windows closed as light attracts insects.
  • >

  • >

  • >
Remember to bring insect repellent, adequate shoes and a raincoat.
  • >
